What should I bring to my first lesson?
For your first lesson at Pro Academy, bring a well-fitted swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. A change of clothes and slippers are also recommended for comfort. Optional items like a nose clip or earplugs can be brought if needed. If you forget any essential items, our instructors will provide loaner equipment for you to use during the class.
How do I book a trial?
You can book a trial by contacting us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or through our website. Choose your preferred time slot, and our team will confirm the availability and guide you through the registration process.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes, you may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability.
What happens if there is bad weather?
For outdoor classes, we closely monitor the weather conditions. If it's unsafe due to heavy rain or lightning, we will inform you in advance and arrange for a replacement session.
How do you handle missed classes?
